Our support program includes full software support with updates.

Software Maintenance
Software maintenance is available as part of support and provides customers with benefits which match the contract service level. Customers can sign up for Platinum, Gold, or Silver support within 30 days of software purchase.

Software Upgrades
Software upgrades are available free of charge through new software releases and are distributed to customers who have valid maintenance agreements. Releases contain updates of the software product with improvements and "bug fixes". This covers all new versions and releases but is limited to the same or similar functionality. New software releases will be distributed for customer installation.

Internet and FTP
Iraje holds an Internet account that has its own FTP site, which is used for urgent software distribution.

Maintenance Contracts
Iraje has standard software contracts which customers are expected to sign prior to maintenance being provided.

Pricing of Support
The pricing stated in the Iraje price book and quotation relates to our standard levels of support.

Extended Maintenance
Extended maintenance coverage, if required, may be quoted upon request.
